Osapart company guarantees the confidentiality of all information entered by the user during the reservation procedure of rooms (services) of the selected hotel.

1. The purpose of processing personal data

During the reservation process you will in the appropriate fields the following information: name, surname, email address, telephone number, citizenship.

If you choose the method of payment Credit card or Guarantee of booking by a bank card you have to type-in your credit card information (credit card type, credit card number, code CVC2 / CVV2, credit card expiration date, the cardholder's name).

All these data is necessary for the formation and registration of rooms and additional services booking in the chosen hotel, as well as for the deposit payment or full payment of the booked rooms and additional services (if you select the method of payment - Credit card or Guarantee of booking by a bank card).

The specified by you data we use only in order to provide for you an efficient, comfortable and convenient service for online booking of hotel’s rooms.

The information specified by you will be transmitted only to the chosen by you hotel.

2. The Usage and Disclosure of Personal Information

Osapart company does not sell, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal information without your consent.

When you select your payment method - Credit card (Bank card or Guarantee of booking by a bank card), there are two options for handling data for your payment. The Accommodation facility selects the type of the data processing:

• You pay in advance for the first night of staying. In this case, your payments are made on a secure channel of the Internet-acquiring payment system. The information on your credit card is not stored on our servers.

• The information on your credit card is transmitted directly to the booked accommodation facility via secure channels. Please note that credit card information is being stored on our server no longer than for 10 days from the date of your departure from the hotel indicated in the booking. At the end of set period this information is deleted.

During the booking procedure Osapart online booking system suggests you to read the Terms and conditions agreement. This document shows you the detailed methods of our interaction with you. By agreeing with the Terms and Conditions you make a consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, refine (update, change), usage, transfer to hotel and the third party, depersonalization, the destruction of your personal data. This consent is granted by you to carry out any actions that do not contradict the legislation of the Ukrainian legislation and collate with the respect to the personal data. Your consent is necessary to achieve the goals set in the Terms and Conditions Agreement, including: online booking by the customer of the selected hotel, for making reports and accounting documentation, receiving of the feedback on the service quality in the chosen accommodation facility.

Reservation System uses encryption protocols for secure data transmission. In addition Osapart online booking systems sends the voucher (booking confirmation) to the accommodation facility by e-mail to expedite the processing of your reservation.

Osapart stores the information about your reservation on a secure server. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, further development of booking becomes impossible. Processing of your personal data in that case is terminated. The fact that you continue the reservation procedure confirms that you agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

3. Usage of Cookies

In order to provide quality services for the online booking service the Osapart company stores cookies on your computer and then uses them.

Osapart ensures that no advertising company does not have access to cookies, which are used to organize the booking process.

Moreover, we will record information about your IP-address, browser type, Internet service provider, which can be used for detecting errors in the system, fraud, unauthorized actions and for criminal investigations.

4. Ability to edit and delete information and personal settings

At the end of the booking procedure the voucher confirming registration of the order appears on the screen. It is a guarantee of settlement in the booked hotel. In addition, the same voucher is sent to you at a specified e-mail during the booking process.

If you lose your voucher, you can always request a copy by sending an email to info@osapart.lviv.ua. Please specify in the subject line: "Request for copy of the voucher”. Or please contact us by phone +38 067 676 77 24.

Please check carefully that you have entered the correct information. If the personal information you entered is incorrect, upon your request we can make necessary changes. To do this, you will also need to contact the Osapart company using contact information set above.

We draw your attention to the fact that in case of cancellation of your booking through the system, your personal information is stored in the database of the Osapart company.

You can contact the Osapart company and requested to remove your personal information from the database.

Upon receipt of the first e-mail, as well as subsequent letters from the accommodation facility or the third party asking for your feedback on the quality of service in the selected accommodation facilities, you have an opportunity to unsubscribe from the following mailing and request to remove your personal information from the database of accommodation facility or the said third party.

5. Secure access to personal data

Access to personal data of the user who has made a reservation through the online booking system Osapart is password protected.

6. Changes in the Notification

Osapart Company reserves the right at any time when necessary to change the method of collection, transmission and processing of personal data and other similar information. In this regard, the Notification on the handling of personal data may be amended in the light of recent developments.
