Rules for daily rent and payment for apartments in Lviv
1. Apartment reservation and payment
To confirm your reservation, you must pay 50%-100% (at the discretion of the administration) of the total amount of accommodation (depending on the number of days of booking), or the amount of one day if the reservation is for 1 day (in case of no-show or change of arrival dates, the prepayment is not refundable).
Reservations for persons over 25 years of age. Please do not disturb minors. Booking without prepayment is not considered confirmed.
2. Arrival
We usually meet our guests near the house where our apartment is for daily rent. In case of change of settlement time, please notify us by phone in advance.
3. Settlement
Check-in time for daily rent is from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. free of charge. After 10:00 p.m., check-in/check-out is charged until 8:00 a.m. Upon arrival, you must have your passport with you (the person renting the apartment must be of legal age), check the proper condition of the apartment and pay the remaining cost of the entire stay. If you leave earlier than the period you indicated and paid for, the funds are not refunded.
Upon settlement you agree to:
- keep silence after 10 pm;
- not to pollute the entrance and adjacent area;
- do not smoke
- not to disturb neighbors;
- be careful about household items and the interior of the apartment;
- not rearrange furniture;
- do not store or use explosive or flammable objects;
- observe the rules of operation of electrical and gas appliances, as well as fire safety;
- do not organize loud feasts and parties!
- not to take any actions contrary to the current legislation of Ukraine.
- Pay an insurance deposit amount (which is refundable when the apartments are rented).
4. Departure
Estimated time is 10-11.00. By agreement with us, you can extend the rental time after 11.00 (extra charge).
Check-in and check-out after 10pm and 8am are charged extra for the total amount of accommodation
A prerequisite for the completion of the apartment rental in Lviv is the presence of our employee at the time when you leave the apartment. The employee is obliged to check the condition of the dwelling, to accept the keys and to issue, if necessary, the documents confirming the service (you must warn in the settlement).
Is it possible that another client will be accommodated in the apartment I booked?
If you have paid in advance, you can expect to be settled in the apartment you have chosen. In case of force majeure (which does not depend on us) you will be offered a similar in class and price or higher level apartment.
