The owner requires identification documents from the guest. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property (except on the open balcony, if present). Parties and events are prohibited.

A two-room apartment (bedroom + living room studio) is available for rent in the new building at 21 Shevchenko Street, part of the "Great Britain" residential complex. It includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: bedding, towels, dishes, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a balcony.
The area is very comfortable. It's within walking distance of the city center, and all the amenities you'd expect in a residential area are nearby: restaurants, a supermarket, a pizzeria, pharmacies, banks, and salons. There are good transportation links.
